The design concept for the project stemmed from the unique requirements of a clandestine client – a secret agent. Secret agents, often referred to as spies, operate under the auspices of a nation’s intelligence agency, tasked with gathering sensitive information and conducting covert operations.
Given the inherent nature of their work, secret agents often require a secure and discreet living space that can accommodate their specialized equipment and maintain a high level of secrecy. To address these specific needs, the design evolved into a two-story house with a concealed basement that incorporates a hidden space accessible through an inconspicuous secret door.
